This PR removes WITHDRAWAL from the list of available BGP message types in the CLI help.
--filter-message-subtype WITHDRAWALis supposed to be used instead.Also see https://www.iana.org/assignments/bgp-parameters/bgp-parameters.xhtml#bgp-parameters-1
