Remove Marionette, Marionette dependencies, and Qs from the repository. These are now installed with
npm.Upgrade Marionette to v4 and upgrades relevant dependencies to align with this update.
Various refactorings were required in the frontend code in order to accommodate the Marionette upgrade.
Remaining dependecies copied directly in the frontend code are "in-house" products
divaandlink-watcher. We could look into removing these at a later date, but since they are managed by DDMAL (or affiliates/former affiliates), I'm less concerned about updates.
