BME-X

We have updated the BME-X models using the PyTorch framework to enhance both T1w and T2w images, with training performed on both the cerebrum and cerebellum and skull regions reintroduced after enhancement. To improve usability, we have integrated the updated BME-X model with the LifespanStrip framework into a single Docker pipeline. By inputting raw T1w/T2w images, the pipeline automatically performs RAI orientation standardization, intensity inhomogeneity correction, skull stripping, and brain enhancement, while also providing a Quality Index (QI) of the input images for reference.
