WriteBase64, Poki Upload

• Added a way to write binary files using base64
• I added no sandbox tag, but maybe this needs a proper config
• Trying to fix the upload to Poki action

Please note:

• no sandbox flag is already added if steam mode is enabled
• If you need to manually add a flag, maybe we can add a config to accept an array of custom flags
• For which use case do you need to write base64 as binary ?

• yes maybe? For now it was just that one so not necessary in my case
• To write an image file to disk. Current system lets you write text files and the write API seems to support more than that, but I found your WIP methods to do more than just writing text, guess at some point you planned on adding support for the binaryData plugin?

Also, I tested the upload to Poki action fix and it works perfectly now :)
