- Adds rules around tryouts
- tryouts should be built by members not seeking a spot on the team
- if not - an alternate assessment should be provided
- Adds rules around team selection
- Captains get the final say
- Selections should be confirmed by the advisor and highest level executive board member not seeking a spot on the team
- Selections should be fair and merit-based
