  • Update the rules around chairs to reflect how they've been used in practice to create a fluid structure:
    • Officer responsibilities can be delegated to chairs
    • There's no limit to the chairs that can be created to assist officers
    • Chairs should report to their respective officer
    • A chair can be created even if it's not outlined in the constitution
