Just some preliminary work, quick tests are passing, but more
comprehensive testing is required. Path to libraries might also
need to be adjusted to work with distro-wide CUDNN libraries.

Hello, I m retesting this branch but see it was targetting cudnn 7.1. Latest cudnn is now on version 7.5.
In order to regenerate the header/lib, do we just have to run auto/cuew_gen.sh ?

@WilliamTambellini, in theory yes. You should have both CUDA and CUDNN installed.

Does the CUDNN wrangler part works fine for you? If so i would actually like to see it merged.
