MPDX-8907 - Salary Calculator confirmation modals

Description

Jira ticket

• Adds the modal components for Salary Calculator.
• Not yet implemented until other primary components are done.
• A couple of variables still need to be added (approvers, amount).

Testing

• Go to reports/salaryCalculator
• Integrate test buttons to open the modals to test for visual appeal. I'll add test data shortly if needed.
