This application was inspired by our mutual love for both anime and manga, and the feeling that there was not an online communtiy where we could discuss our feelings about the content. Our aim is to solve that problem.

This application allows you to search for your favorite anime and manga, and click on their respective info card to access their details page. This page allows users to learn about the material that they selected, as well as mark them as a favorite, watching/reading, or read/watched. You can also create an account and log in and access your profile page, where all of the anime or manga you favorited will be stored and linked to your account.
The motivation for creating this applicaiton is the fact that there are not any great anime/manga websites around. A couple exist but none are looking to execute the social aspect and clean look that our team is chasing. We are looking to make this a social site where people who are as passionate about anime as we are can come together and rejoice.
Pull requests are welcome. For major changes, please open an issue first to discuss what you would like to change. Please make sure to update tests as appropriate.
