This reverts commit e6a32ae.
This version runs but incorrectly calculates the euler angle orientation from the torque resulting in bad results in all but the simplest rotations.
This version attempts to calculate the euler angle orientation from the torque in a different way but it still wrong.
This version is the current working version. It correctly calculates the resultant euler angle orientation from input torques, but the control system is still constrained to single-step rotations which means it can't reach any desired orientation perfectly.
Added vectorFunctions.h
Kalman filter does not work yet
…etween all the normalize functions so that we can easily reference which one we need for vector operations
