Fixes for G4 channels in multiband cases on GPU that did not follow the documented band index convention. In most (possibly all) this was reversed in the analysis scripts hiding this bug.
New unit tests added for additional G4 channels and models to insure CPU and GPU implementations match. Still additional documentation needed and perhaps some variable name fixes in future PR's.
