- Added `data-api` Vite plugin to fetch remote API data and expose it as a local `data.json` file. - Updated Wrapper.vue to fetch from local `data.json` instead of external URL. - Updated tsconfig.node.json to include plugin directory. - Registered `DataApi` plugin in vite.config.ts for dev and build.
