This action ensures that when an MDX file is modified, the corresponding Chinese translation file in the zh-CN directory is also updated. - Added zh-cn-sync-check.yml workflow file - Updated documentation in README.md and README.zh-CN.md
- Enhanced zh-cn-sync-check.yml to detect moved MDX files - Added check for proper redirects in docs.json - Updated documentation in README files with redirect requirements
- Create redirect-check.yml workflow to verify redirects for moved files - Simplify zh-cn-sync-check.yml to focus only on translations - Update documentation in README files to reference both actions

Not automatic unfortunately. It just adds a check to make sure the Chinese
translation is added
