None of these files were referenced anywhere outside of themselves, so this should be safe. Still worth testing though. Finishes up the initial cleaning done in #298

Pull Request Description

When merged this pull request will:

  • Delete everything related to the managed respawn system

Release Notes

Cleaned up old unused files related to an alternate "managed" respawn system.
