- Respawn dialog text updates ticket count, removed tooltip - Respawn menu opens on death instead of on down. Still need to make it open if you press respawn. - Squad selection dialog updates when a squad gets renamed and will show non-important squads - Tickets go red when you hit 0
You are now forced no matter what to spawn on the respawn square immediately when Zeus places it

Bugfixes for the respawn dialog based on feedback from the test session. Mission makers can now force spawn using respawn squares, and have the option to disable the respawn menu entirely.
