Updated name of log file to "000_logging.hdf5" to avoid conflict with python scripts.
Log file contains all image files as np.arrays and config variables.

App now outputs a "logging.csv" file in 'Raw Data/' folder.
Appends to logging file, useful shot variables everytime a new shot/sequence is taken.
Arbitrary comments can be appended in logging file via a comments section found in the Settings tab.
Renamed "Plot Settings" to "Settings".

Now outputs subtracted background atom counts in roi a, roi b, the background counts/px in roi bg and the ratio of a/b.
roi c renamed and repurposed as roi bg.
