adjusted some old stuff in cmakelists.txt and other files that were kind of iffy. additionally made a little ps script that reduces the build into a single click. this probably only works on my pc (definitely not outside windows)
- updated readme - fixed weird behavior caused by the json parsers - game objects cleanup function doesnt clean global variables anymore - added several shell scripts - fixed the make_key function in async handler - added function stubs to the pre.js - new index.json generator - modifications to emscripten-shell.html

-added .esd file support, this includes several changes to load/save functions and the scene_file class. additionally fixed a bug with .lsd writing
