Adding Custom Api Template To OWS

1. Download the repo
2. Add the folder OWSCustomApi to the src folder inside OWS
3. Open OWS.sln
4. Right click the OWS Solution in the Solution Explorer
5. Click on Add -> Existing Project...
6. Navigate to the OWS/src folder and select OWSCustomApi/OWSCustomApi.csproj
