This is a copy of the Python lessons, but then in Ruby. Also contains an example (voorbeeld.rb)

Adds the lessons for the dutch ruby/beginner/nl
Previously, there were no Ruby lessons.
So I copied the Python lessons and converted them to Ruby.
Translating them in the process.
