Unit 9 and 10: Sprint Planning & Group Milestones

Sprint Plan in place using GitHub project management flow.

• Profile page created
• Forum page created
• User creates a goal and is assigned.
• Updated status of issues in Project board
• Sprint planned for next week (Issues created, assigned & added to project board) (see below partial )
• Completed user stories checked-off in README
• Gifs created to show build progress and added to README (GIF walkthough below)

Time spent: 1 month spent in total

User Stories

The following required milestones/issues were completed:

• User sees app icon in home screen and styled launch screen.
• User can sign up to create a new account.
• User can log in.
• User can create/add a goal.
• A basic skeleton of our entire app.
• Connect page

Sprint planned for next week (Issues created, assigned for Unit 9 Sprint 3 due 4/29/22)

• Video rehearsal for final presentation. (Assigned to Maria)
• More user experience Schenarios and test runs (assigned to Esse)
• Builds for update/ delete / grouping of goals for each user.(Assigned to Yisake)
