Installation Steps

1. Download the XCF application.
2. Launch the application to approve the internet download.

3. You will see the following alert (this is expected):

4. Click the "Press to Quit this XCF Xcode MCP Server" button.
5. Once the xcp app can be launched, drag it to your /Applications folder.

Building from Source

XCF can also be built from source using Xcode. The codebase is written in 100% Swift and compiles easily with standard Xcode tools.
