Add: subtle hover and icon animation to hero stat cards

What’s changed?

This PR improves the interaction on the stat cards under the “Can I Try This?” section in the hero area.

The cards now give clearer visual feedback on hover with a subtle lift, scale, and shadow, along with a small icon animation. The goal was to make the section feel more interactive without distracting from the rest of the hero content.
