This is a bug fix for flow cs algorithm.
Unfortunately the two parameters
minFlowChi2ProbandmaxFlowChi2Probhad no default values, that led to skipping the whole flow part. The values assigned are the same used by Chris in his analysis.@mandrenguyen @FHead
