First official release of ProcessExplorer. This installer will run CheckDotNetVersion.bat after everything has been installed which will update the ProcessExplorer.runtimeconfig.json file to whatever your .NET version is assuming its greater than or equal to .NET 5.0 if you ever upgrade your .NET you can simply run this bat file again to fix ProcessExplorer.
