docs/architecture.md: A high-level overview with a Mermaid diagram showing the cloud-edge flow.docs/api.md: Detailed spec for the v1 endpoints (fleet registration and heartbeats).Everything is written in plain English to keep it easy for new contributors to jump in. Let me know if I missed anything! 📖
