feat: initialize TypeScript and linting

Hey! Just finished setting up the initial TypeScript configuration for MoltClaw. I've got the basic tsconfig in place, added ESLint and Prettier for the codebase, and set up some handy scripts in package.json to help with the dev flow. everything builds and lints fine on my end. ready for review! ��

Adds initial formatting and linting infrastructure: introduces .prettierrc/.prettierignore and a flat eslint.config.js using @eslint/js + typescript-eslint with basic TS rules and build/output ignores.

Updates package.json to include the required devDependencies (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript, tsx, Vitest) and normalizes metadata formatting; adds package-lock.json to pin the toolchain. Minor src/index.ts whitespace/newline tweak only.
