Helpers that directly change the chaos bag state (e.g. Smoke and Mirrors) give a message about the difficulty level that does not match the behavior (simply adding two tokens no matter what difficulty level).
Added this into the API directly -- might not be preferred but changing the Global.call function itself (requiring a table input) would potentially break a lot of custom content.
