As we can see in README.md

VGG16 - TFFRCNN (0.748 mAP on VOC07)
Resnet50 - TFFRCNN (0.712 mAP on VOC07)

VGG16 with 15k iters is better than Resnet50 with 20k iters

I check the Resnet50 net file and fix some mistakes about roi-pooling and pool5.

I will update .ckpt file latter.
