If opcode logs cannot be retrieved from an RPC endpoint, try to start a local anvil forked from the last transaction before the current one and re-execute the transaction locally to retrieve the log.
Added a new environment variable to the CI that contains an RPC provider that does not send opcode logs. It is not behind the proxy cache.
