Until now, inconsistency resolution was part of chebai. However, it should actually belong here. Also, we are now able to create (or load from Hugging Face) our own ChEBI hierarchy graph instead of relying on the one provided by a ChEBI dataset.
This will make it possible in the future to make changes to the resolution algorithm more easily.
