This pull request updates the design system documentation and test configuration to reflect recent changes in supported themes and to target the latest version of the Chi design system for visual regression testing. The most significant updates are the removal of deprecated themes from documentation and updating all BackstopJS test URLs to use Chi version 7.0.0 instead of 6.85.0.
Design System Documentation:
.github/copilot-instructions.mdto remove references to deprecated themes (brightspeed,colt,portal) and now only listslumen,centurylink, andconnectas supported brand-specific themes.Visual Regression Test Configuration:
backstop-non-responsive-ce.jsonto use Chi version7.0.0instead of6.85.0, ensuring that visual regression tests are run against the latest design system version.
