PATH, classpath, and java.library.path need to include the contents of the "External" directory (./Run/External, relative to the study configuration file). Can those be added programmatically by deriving from the value of "study"? |

Need to find External folder in the study and add it to PATH, java.library.path and classpath

The path and external path are orovided by WRIMS Gui. It is defined and specified before using WRIMS core.

WRIMS 2 GUI programmatically derives those path name based on the path of the main wresl file.
