About The Pull Request

Merges the Wildtongues into the Noises Tab - Please lemme know if this is a good, or bad change, as the goal of this was to reduce bloat of multiple tabs. This shouldn't really impact the verb's utilization however.

Merges the Abilities.Vore tab into the Vore Tab altogether
Changes some names, most notably for players the RoundInfo tab -> Info
Admin Tabs/Panels now have associated icons that should help with finding a tab at a glance for easier access
Memory Tab removed; All verbs in the Memory Tab now have been moved into the IC Tab

A small amount of organizing, prettifies the UI and makes it more clear to read for players

I did NOT mark all of the CC changes to the categories as I didn't want a lot of random CC edits here for EACH category. I can do that if asked of however.

Developer's checklist

• Try to modularize as much as possible.
• Mark the start and end of edits outside the caustic modular folder (if applicable) for changes made.

• Ensure that it compiles locally, and test new features (when applicable, please record if not!), or potential issues with related features.
