Party Details

As part of the booking process you will need to supply the party details of at least one member of the party, typically however an agency will require that party details of each member of the party is provided as this is often useful to the owner, and may be required for insurance purposes.

For each party member you should supply the following fields:

title - the title of the party member (for adults only, omit this field for children)

firstName - the first name of the party member

surname - the surname of the party member

age - the actual age, or a range of ages (eg. 11-18) - please liaise with the agency to identify whether the actual age or a range should be collected, and if it is a range, what those ranges should be.

type - whether the party member is an adult or child - note that tabs doesn't collect the party details of infants (typically under 2, but may vary by agency), however the number of infants should still be collected and passed in when creating a booking.
