Add make:container to generate a React container of a View
Change make:view to generate a pure view

Also added, but committed already into master (d'oh):

Add db:seed
Add make:model-factory
Add make:seeder

In the pipeline for this version:

make:view creates a dumb component by default
Test commands
Documentation commands


          Change make:view to create a pure view, add make:container
