NotePad Plus is a basic text editing program and it is most commonly used to view or edit text files. A text file is a file type typically identified by the .txt extension. NotePad Plus is free and always will be. You are welcome to download this free program under the end user license agreement.
The latest release is version 1.3.8 and was released on the 03 January 2014.
