Summary

route MQTT bridge and CLI through configuration-backed settings instead of hardcoded values
add configurable base URL for smoker API proxy
load MQTT topics and broker details from appsettings.json

Testing

dotnet build (fails: command not found)
apt-get install -y dotnet-sdk-8.0 (fails: package not found)
