Fixes the scenario status message so that when a game is running, it says
PLAYERS ARE STILL NEEDED FOR THIS GAME
rather than the current
PLAYERS NEEDED TO START NEXT GAME
Not tested, because Nuada won't let me run non-stock UIs.
