Added new python script to handle keyboard and gamepad in the same script with uinput. No mouse support for now. When 3DS is in keyboard mode, the D-PAD is translated to the cursor keys, and Left/right triggers are the shift keys, so you can type capital letters, or symbols which need a pressed shift key.
