The Windchest and Windchest Controller are a togglable alternative to the fluid tank to place pipes on.
Place down the Windchest (maximum of 13 in a row) with the arrows pointing towards the Wood texture of the Windchest Controller. You can place pipes on the top and sides of the block. Place an encased fan facing into any side of the Windchest controller and give it rotation. You can apply redstone power to the Windchest Controller to active all the connected Windchest. Pipes will only make sound when the Windchest is in the powered state.
