scale defined colors by new portion of message "intensity":
{data:"BLUE,0.1"} <- 10% intensity at BLUE color
if no intensity is defined in the message, full send at 1.0

from testing today with Eric, might as well cap the actual output to draw less power. the change in brightness between 255 and 100 is not very noticeable
