Re-initialize host SSH keys for redeployment of the VM
- Restrict Terraform version to < 1.7.0 because Allas S3 interface not properly supporting all new S3 properties. - For same reason skip some S3 properties for Allas backend - Add access to kubernetes-dashboard from office networks - Add command to enforce port 80 usage for rootless docker - Change Helm installation from obsoleted repo to binary download
