Some housekeeping to align the 1.0.0 release with the version actually accepted into the core dictionary. Two items have been transferred from cif_ed.dic to the draft_new_items.dic as placeholders for future development. The typeset dictionary has been updated accordingly, and a few changes made to the commentary documents. I would appreciate a quick review by eagle eyes. If all OK, I suggest this be merged into the main branch; I'll tag it as release 1.0.0, and then reupload the 1.0.1-dev placeholder for future work.

Two minor suggestions:

  • Before merging these items in to the CIF_CORE dictionary, the \a and \t CIF codes were replaced with proper Unicode characters so it might make sense to replicate it here as well.
  • The _dictionary.date of the draft_new_items.dic dictionary should also be updated.

Other than that looks good.
