Part 2 Feedback Addressing

Requirements Specification:

  • No explicit mapping between user stories and use cases evident
    • Discussed and showed TA that it can be found in the Release Planning.
  • The Data Saving use cases.
    • Currently we disagree about deleting them. We will contact the TA or professor to discuss by Saturday.
  • Lacking exceptions considering loading data.
    • Use cases that require loading need to have exceptions where the loading process fails.
  • User can now choose between setting a date, or leaving it blank for the current date/time.
  • Use case for adding a GeoLocation to a record added.

User Interface Mockup & Storyboard:

  • It's not clear to me from the storyboard how users get to the contact page for a profile
    • Added a 'Contact Page' sheet to the storyboard to solve this discrepancy
  • It looks like the static storyboard is missing a few of the transitions from the record details page (to the geolocation, body location photo pages, specifically)
    • Added both a geolocation and body location addition sheet to the 'Add Record' storyboard as well as the 'Edit Record' storyboard to solve this discrepancy

Release Planning:

  • Organize in terms of priority
    • The use cases are now ordered by their priority for each release. The Highest priority at the top and the lowest priority at the bottom. (Besides testing)
  • Explicit delegation of tasks
    • Specific tasks have now been delegated to team members.
  • Dedicate time to functional/integration testing
    • Functional and integration testing have now been added to our release plans for both project part 4 and project part 5.

Glossary and Information Sources:

  • Add copy of the license to wiki
    • License added.
  • Add missing terms (body location photo, geolocation)
    • Terms added.
  • Fix typo on care provider description
    • Typo Fixed.
