- Add option to add a `grammar_rules` variable to select specific functions to be changed into `Rule`s in a grammar module - If this is not specified then all functions in the module will be converted - Added some documentation lines to indicate this behavior - Fixed issue where functions with an argument called `name` without a default value would be incorrectly named
