Visually indicates when a player gets kicked due to track mismatch, and fixes seekers getting the respawn cooldown. Updates "the team rocks!" room messages to "The seekers rock!" and "The hiders rock!". Also moves online services to WiiLink WFC.
A queue for screen text would probably be preferable, so that if multiple people get kicked it is possible to read it all, however this is not currently implemented.
