Final Updates:

  • Added many, many more map customization tweaks to the DAT.GUI.
  • Added seeds to all random number generation. This allows DAT.GUI changes to update the same underlying map, instead of creating a new map from scratch.
  • Implemented basic erosion! Water droplets are distributed around the map, and flow down through the elevation map, carrying sediment with them. The water distribution, water frequency, erosion seed, and number of erosion steps can be customized on the DAT.GUI interface.
  • Improved the coastline generation algorithm... still a tad buggy... but overall good enough.
