Supporting WZDx field device feed

  • Creating field device experimental combination script to support the combination of WZDx events with WZDx field devices
    • Integration supports starting pending events early and keeping recently completed events open late
    • Association of field devices and events is done through detecting overlapping locations through the CDOT GIS api
  • Writing unit tests for field device experimental combination script
  • Adding sample icone CDOT field device feed
