This PR adds
sqlserverconnector-metadebezium config to all environments to enable full load snapshot and replicateNBS_ODSEmetadata tables into RDB_modern.table.include.list: dbo.Page_cond_mapping, dbo.NBS_page, dbo.NBS_ui_metadata, dbo.NBS_rdb_metadata
