I had issues with creating/modifying folders on Windows 10, this fix completely solved the issues.

Please merge this and #25. I know maintaining software is a lot of work, but these PRs are literal single-line fixes with no side-effects that can be reviewed in seconds. Without this PR this image is useless to anyone that needs to support a windows installation.

For anyone tripping over this as well, I added this override in docker-compose so I don't have to build a new image:

command: /bin/sh -c 'echo "BrowserMatch \"^Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir\" redirect-carefully" >> /usr/local/apache2/conf/conf-available/dav.conf && httpd-foreground'
